Healing Touch“Touch is a gift that is always at hand.”
Lucien del Mar
I see touch as a wonderful tool of connection, and as a way to deepen, heal, and enrich ourselves and our human relationships.
I learned Healing Touch from Zsuzska Lancsin, one of the great masters of the field, and I keep developing it from my own experience. The aim of the processTo ease and rewrite possible stuck places and painful experiences around touch and intimacy; to develop and deepen the ability to receive touch and to give it; to rest and be replenished in loving, consensual touch. In short: to develop our culture of touch.
What can it help with?

What can it help with?- Waking the courage to say our desires out loud
- Easing painful experiences and fears around touch
- Recognising what is actually good for me
- Recognising, naming, and expressing our desires
- Filling what has been missing
- Healing trust toward men
- Recognising our boundaries and keeping them
- Getting to know other people’s boundaries and respecting them
- Accepting and loving our body
- If you want to work with your sense of shame
- If physical contact is difficult for you
- The first meeting is always longer, because we talk through your own “touch story”: your positive and painful experiences of touch and intimacy, and what you want to develop.
- Through several different exercises you receive gentle touch (and, if you wish, you can also give it, as practice).
- You can ask for any kind of touch, in any position. Watching your need, your lack, and your desire in the moment, you can name the touch that would be most healing for you there and then, and if that is comfortable for me too, we close the touch part with that.
- Talking through what you lived, the lessons, and any recognitions, and beginning to integrate them
- Optional: “hug therapy” — you can rest and be replenished in an embrace
- Optional: heart-opening touch
Conversation and touch happen clothed, leaving intimate areas out. Every touch is consensual, based on agreement, with the client’s boundaries and my own kept one hundred percent. Our mottos in touch are: “Less is always more,” and “Moving more slowly, we can feel more.”
The process may take several sessions. Each meeting takes 1 to 1.5 hours. Please come in comfortable, thin clothes so you can feel the touch as well as possible (or bring a change of clothes; there is a place to change).
